Charles Siu, CPA is a day-one Partner, the Chief Financial Officer, and a member of the Management Committee of Inclusive Capital Partners. Prior to Inclusive Capital Partners, he was a Partner and the Chief Financial Officer of ValueAct Capital. Before joining ValueAct Capital, Charles was a Partner of Onsight Associates, and previously worked in the Venture Capital & Private Equity Group and the Real Estate Tax Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Charles has a B.S. and an M.S. from Golden Gate University and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
