Will Slocum

Investment Partner

Will Slocum is a day-one Partner of Inclusive Capital Partners. He is currently a director of Strategic Education, Inc. and Ingevity Corporation. Previously, he was a Portfolio Manager at Golden Gate Capital, where he led public equity investments for the Golden Gate Capital Opportunity Fund, LP, and for Emerald Gate Equities Portfolio, LP. In addition to his portfolio management role, he served on Golden Gate Capital’s private equity investment review committee, and on the board of Williston Financial Group. Prior to joining Golden Gate Capital, Will worked as a Vice President at ValueAct Capital for five years. Before ValueAct Capital, he worked in private equity at Parthenon Capital, and strategy consulting at Bain & Company. Will graduated Magna cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Williams College with a B.A. in economics and has a M.B.A., with distinction, from Harvard Business School.
