The Hyperion Fellowship
Making way for the next generation.
The Hyperion Fellowship was founded in 2020 to increase opportunities in the financial services industry for underrepresented and underserved students in collegiate undergraduate programs. In doing so, we broaden the spectrum of young talent available to top financial companies and help ensure that the investment industry more accurately reflects the gender, color, and economic diversity of our society.
Providing mentorship and experience.
Fellows complete an 8-week summer internship, concluding with a capstone project and presentation, where they gain invaluable exposure to the financial services industry while working directly with investment teams at host partner firms. The host firms cover transportation and housing for the duration of the internship. Participants gain added benefit from networking opportunities — both social and educational — throughout the summer and beyond, via access to the Hyperion alumni network along with ongoing support from Host Partners throughout their careers.
